I had such a great experience at this location. They were so helpful with an issue that I've been trying to fix for about 2 months. Well I decided to stop at this location because it was closer to had been running my errands. Well I'm so happy that I did. I had been going to the 34th street location and they weren't so helpful and attentive. The store on south university will for now on have my business and recommendations

I've been into this location only twice,  but each time it was an awesome experience and staff has been do incredibly helpful and welcoming!

Updating this after the nightmare it's been because Rachel misrepresented what she was offering. Had to call in to the call  center to try and fix it and they couldn't. Cameto check-in a new phone, Rachel helped us and she was so amazingly helpful. The whole experience was easy, and she was so helpful. I will definitely come back to see her if we need help again.
