They deserve no stars. Well, I visited Radio Shack/Sprint today. What a terrible experience. I didn't know that Sprint had purchased Radio Shack. I wanted a simple WiFi/USB adapter and I really didn't want to go into Best Buy so I went all the way down to Indiana and 82nd (I live on 75th Street just off Frankfort and got there about 1:45pm today, 9/8/2016, just in case "Sprint Corporate" might want to check who was there today. They were open but a guy there said they were all out to lunch and I would have to wait. "Who are you", I asked. "Sprint Corporate", the guy said. There was already a guy there who was already upset. He left and said something about no service and the Sprint Corporate guy said something derogatory back. I said something to the effect of "no wonder Radio Shack is going broke". He said no, Sprint had saved them from bankruptcy, and then he started in on me. Totally rude, crude and unacceptable. It also looks like they've removed most of the stuff you used to could get at Radio Shack, so not only will I never again step into a Radio Shack; I was also seriously thinking of switching my cell phone service to Sprint. That's not going to happen. It was one of the worse customer service situations I have ever seen. Sprint should go bankrupt too.
