Loved this location! For a lady that has millions of questions about her phone Chris and the guys were so helpful :)
We use to make our purchases at Gowireless in Temecula Parkway, but I can now say that my family and I will always go to this location!

The manager, Shaela, is AMAZING!! Unlike some other phone companies, she didn't push or pressure me. I work close so I am always in there with annoying questions and she always helps me with a smile on her face. I usually turn around if Shaela isn't even in there LOL..She's the best!!

Amazing customer service and overall experience.
Shaela the Manager and Jenna were extremely professional, efficient, and courteous. I will definitely continue to go to this location for all my cell phone purchases and needs.

The worst place I have ever been to. These people have terrible  customer services and extremely untrained staff. PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF A HEADACHE THIS place is a joke. If you really want great customer service go to Cal Oaks verizen store 100% satisfaction . After a nightmare of problems for months  with this store verizen of Cal Oaks fixed in minutes.  Dont wast your time here. Id give a -10 stars if i could.
