When I went into the store the gentleman that greeted me was very nice. I then was greeted by another gentleman and told him the song that I was looking at and he told me a little bit about the phone told me it was a good phone I then told him that I was gonna buy the phone outright at that point in our conversation is attitude changed he is very read to me short didn't want answer many of my Questions and at that point he didn't Act like you wanted my business I then asked him about changing all my information from my old phone he said because I was bi in the phone outright he could not help me the only thing to do is what was on the cloud and then he told me he couldn't help me anymore because he was not making any money on this transaction because I was again by in the phone outright and I was basically wasting his time. I originally went to the store so I could get customer-service and had questions about the phone and I probably will not go back-to the store I'll do everything online from now on!

Verizon location in Hurricane has the best personal. Kolter and Jen are quick to greet me when I'm there. I appreciate the time each of them took to get information on my a purchase and dealing with switching accounts. My dad struggles with understanding the break down of billing and we had to visit the store 3 times to easy his mind. Each time kolter was helpful, understanding . and patient. Thanks Kolter you deserve a RAISE. $$$ Jen is just hands down the best women for the job. Put her up for s RAISE too. $$$ Thanks you for making my Verizon experience worth it every time!

Kolter is top notch when it comes to customer service. Everyone here is always happy, patient, and they actually know their stuff!

It's nice to have this location here but I wouldn't say there's anything really amazing about this place. The staff has been helpful from time to time and answering my questions. That technically is their job.Most of the time I feel like they're just pushing a sale on me for something they are obviously paid on commission.
