The customer service department when speaking in terms of returning items in my opinion, has been professional, courteous and speedy. However the staff I have interacted with outside of the customer service desk for various reason, in my opinion is at 50/50 with friendliness. I have had some who are polite and greet me asking how my day was going. However I had one lady who seemed to busy with nothing (as there where no customers around) guess rush all of my inquiries about Straight Talk's new payment plans for the phones and service. She made me feel as if she did not want to be bothered with me. I also had a manager make a what I felt rude gesture towards me. All in all it just depends on who is there working when looking for friendliness at this particular location. This location has a subway that I had the privilege of eating at. It was great fresh food. One of my items had a discrepancy, however the girl working fixed it right away with no issues and a smile. That's the type of service I prefer at any establishment I choose to spend money and make purchases at. Clean store always. One thing I like the most that sets this Wal-Mart aside from others is that the employees are everywhere. I never have a hard time finding an employee if I need to find something or if I have to ask questions about a particular product. This is a great benefit of shopping at this location because if I'm in a rush someone is always right there to help if I need it.

Giant place. I was greeted multiple times and made more purchases than I had planned, because I got directions to things I asked about. Great late night shopping. Arrived around 10pm. Very pleased with this store, contents, employees and easy checkout.

Bought a 22. rifle here, my first gun. Transaction could not have gone smoother. All four employees I dealt with were not only helpful but extremely friendly. Almost did not want to leave. Thank you!

I bought a bike online and had it shipped to the store. I called the store to ask if they could assemble it for me and they told me the person who did it would not be in until the following day. That was no big deal at all. So I called them the next day to ask if my bike had been assembled they told me yes it's already assembled just come and pick it up. I show up 20 minutes later, after they told me my bile was ready, and they tell me "oh sorry it was actually never put together we will get started on that right away." So I told them that was fine I have somewhere to be will you call me when it's done? They told me they would call me but they never did. It was getting late so I called back in a couple of hours to ask if it was done. They told me it was, so I showed up to get the bike and it was not assembled properly. The back brakes didn't work so I walked inside so they could fix it. They told me the person who assembles bikes was in Tire & Lube and he could fix right at that moment. They instructed me to take the bike to Tire & Lube to the person who put it together, however he really was not working at that time and would not be in until the following day so they told me to leave it there for him. So I went back the following day, the brakes were fixed so I took it home. Due to my busy schedule I was not able to take the bike out for a trail ride until the following week. Today I took the bike out and nearly broke my neck because the rear brake were not assembled properly and came apart. Therefore while I'm cruising down a trail I have no rear brakes. I realized if I used the front brakes I would fly over the handlebars so instead I had to pull the bike out from underneath me. Seeing as it would have been my fourth time dealing with Walmart and this bike I just returned it. I will never buy a Walmart bike again and trust that they will put it together.

I went to exchange a video that I had gotten from a Walmart in the Washington City Walmart and hurricane Walmart did not have the DVD at all let alone have it in Blu-ray which is what I went to exchange the DVD for cuz I had picked up the wrong one. The next thing is I went to pick up my prescription from the pharmacy that my dentist had called in 2 days ago and the pharmacy did not have it or had received it called my dentist he had sent it over twice so I will talk to my dentist and see if I can just have my dentist send it to a new Pharmacy so I guess I will have to have a new Pharmacy and I will start shopping at the Washington Walmart instead of the hurricane Walmart. Would not recommend the hurricane Walmart to anyone
