the manager Mary Buchanan tried to upsell me multiple times i was very upset, i asked her if Edwin was working i only do business with him. Her quote was "He is no longer with us he got let go" the young blond girl gave me hes number and he is currently working in Tigard. Why do they get rid of great people who care.. and for that reason i am giving this location 1 star they dont care or listen all they want is to upsell.

Love Edwin best experience ever had a blast while upgrading. If you have to wait for Edwin I would recommend the wait is well worth it won't regret it. I give him 10/10 he is the smartest in that store.

Edwin is the ABSOLUTE BEST ... hands down! He is kind, knowledgeable, considerate, and super helpful. He is the ONLY associate I will work with in this store. Mary, the manager, is AWESOME too! These two made my day!! Love this store because of these two!

Edwin was amazing in helping me get my bill reduced, as I was over charged. He spent all the time needed to assist in getting my new Tab E set up. He is fun and helpful! Zach and Mary are also great at the Newberg store!
