This one of our major shopping places. We get our seeds and planting pots here. This is where we purchase all of our canning supplies. We get our cat food and bird seeds here. Our toiletries and OTC come from their well stocked shelves. They have Leaning Tree cards and a great selection of magazines.

There is nothing worse than when an employee of company wears a badge that says “customer service specialist” treats you like a second class citizen for returning a defective product. It’s especially nice when they get snippy and visibly frustrated with you. I’m not going to name names but I will say to whoever is is charge that you need to sit the “customer service specialist” person down and have a meaningful talk about the right attitude and demeanor they should have when working with the public. I have been supporting Bi-Mart since 1992 but will definitely think twice about going there next time I need something.

We shop bi-mart a lot. The store has great staff and management. However I am very disappointed on their corporate level employees. My husband had a shopping cart slam into his truck because the cart storage was overflowing and the lady thought she had her cart secure. It rolled out and down the hill slamming into our truck leaving a huge dent. The corporate office said they are not at fault so they will not pay for it. Due to no one picking up the carts, it was their fault. So disappointing. We are only one house hold, so I know our lost of sales will mean nothing to you. They obviously don't truly care about the customers and their property. What a bummer. :(
