I've never sent foot in the store, but just called to see if they could replace my phone battery. The phone rang 10 times, then went to voicemail, asking me to leave my name and phone number. As I was preparing to leave a message, I got the automated, "The mailbox is full and can't accept any messages at this time." I've not ever dealt with them but can tell they don't care about customer service just from this. Wow - a cell phone dealer who doesn't know how to answer the phone!

I switched over from another carrier, best decision ever, and added a couple hotspots. They were excellent! Very informative, knowledgeable and patient.

My 80 year old mother walked into this particular Verizon location after hurricane Irma and asked to charge her mobile phone, since she had no electricity for 6 days. She was turned away! She was told that she can't change her phone, but they offered to sell her a car charge for $40. And she IS a Verizon customer! Shame on you! Shame on salespeople who turned her away! I will be reporting this incident to the corporate office!

I have never been a fan of Verizon. Few years ago they were adding "games" to my bill and overcharged me almost 400$ in a course of 6 months. So when my friend went to Verizon I told her good luck and explained what happened. She switched right back over to her original carrier. 

6 weeks later, with proof of return in hand, Russel Cellular withdrew 900$ from her account. She has now been fighting with them for 2 weeks and JOSH from this establishment told her he would take care of it. 

Do not use this place to buy a phone, they will steal your money and then fight with you why and drag their feet even though what they have done is illegal. 

Come to find out this establishment put in the system instead of product being returned they put it as a lease buyout. Clearly someone needed the commission check and thought it was ok to rob the customer. 

You will be robbed and cheated out of your money here, DO NOT BUY A THING FROM HERE
