Drove here from Punta Gorda on the way to Tampa. Took US 41 just to pick up a coffee here and then jump on the interstate, because it’s the only place open until 10:30 p.m. Guess what? They closed it early. There were employees inside, we came to the door and it was locked at 10:19. There was even a handwritten sign saying that the day after Thanksgiving they would be open until 10:30. But no. One employee looked at us from inside and did not go to open the door. Just wanted a coffee on the way home.  Big disappointment.

Politically I don't like Starbucks however it is the coffee shop I can go to near me and I can tell you that the people who work there are absolutely awesome. AJ comes to mind as someone who not only remembers what I order but takes the time to make you feel special. There are about 4 or 5 other people who do the same thing but sadly I cannot remember their names.  The manager is also one of them. So sorry I can't remember your name

The North Port Starbucks is truly my "Happy place!" The staff takes the time to get to know you and are always welcoming!  Always going the extra mile to make sure  your order is perfect.
