Probably the BEST Service I have ever Received from a cell phone company since I have owned a cell phone! I came into the store with intentions of cancelling several lines. I was assisted by an employee  named Loyda and she is Phenomenal!!!! Not only did I keep my service but I ended up adding some stuff onto my account! Thank you Loyda! I truly wish there were more people in this world with your spirit and true Loyal Attention out here in the Consumer World!!!!!

Do not return a telephone here and expect it to get back to the main depot in a timely manner. Returned device 1/29/18, was charged for the device 2/6/18 and on 3/11/18 it's still not showing as a credit on my account. I should have gone to the store at the Port Charlotte Mall, which has always been awesome.
