These guys go up and beyond the regular service of most places today! All you need to do is ask and they will do their utmost to insure you are a happy customer. They are experienced in sales, so if you need bill help just call the Verizon 800.

This store is shady and outright fraudulent. Had to return a Hotspot because they lied about the costs, then they lied about removing it from my account. Several moths of bills issued, although I never took the thing out of the box, and returned it within 2-3 days of buying. THEN my wife blunders in and is talked into the Verizon Edge payment programme, although her upgrade is a week or two away. We went and returned it, guess what....there's still a charge for the protection plan, on a phone we don't even own. STAY AWAY from this place and stick to corporate Verizon stores. I'm calling into Verizon HQ tomorrow for approx the fifth time about this store ripping us off.
