I dealt with sales rep Nick. He was GREAT!! Super friendly & was persistent until i was able to get exactly what I wanted regardless of what Direct TV said!!  
I've Been w/ AT&T for 14 or more years, &  was very impressed with Nick especially for being relatively new to AT&T. If ur able to request a rep I highly reccomemd u ask & wait for Nick!!

Customer service is top notch. Jose didn't try to rush us at all and was very informative with all the options available. Definitely will be back soon!
 I am updating this review. Once I recieved my monthly bill it was much higher than it should be so I returned to the store to speak with someone about what was on my bill. They had me waiting for a good 45 minutes with my children while they only had 2 costumers.  When it was finally my turn an employee looked at my account and said that he didn't know why that other employee told me my bill would be less and he couldn't do anything about it and I should come back when Jose was in. The other employee who was in the store with Jose originally was sitting close by listening to my problem and said nothing. I asked if a manager was in to talk to because this store is 50 minutes away from my home and to bring my kids back and forth is rediculous due to an error on AT&T behalf and they said NO. Then they replied is there anything else you need help with because we are closing for the night.......
