I agree with the previous comment about the blonde, short lady. She's horrible, and every time my family or I are at the store and we see her there we share an eye-roll and wait for her not to be at the pharmacy counter. She refuses to go "out of her way" to put in coupons, and not only acts like she is always right, but truly believes it. I believe she endangers people's well-being by not allowing them to have afforable medication when they easily could. I rarely write reviews but had to share experience. This lady is incompetent and rude.

I have been going to the CVS for about two years and in the past have always liked it. Everyone was nice and caring and very helpful. I recently went there to fill a normal prescription I get filled every week, and was told it is going to cost double the amount. I try to explain that she was putting in the wrong coupon code and the lady freaked out started screaming like a maniac  and anytime I encounter her she does not know how to process my medication correctly and basically tells me to go to another pharmacy. I am always very polite so I know it's not just me and CVS really needs to train her better she is a small fat blonde lady about sixty years  old with a Hillary Clinton haircut 💇.

I like this CVS a lot. The staff is very helpful and have a good attitude toward the customers. They almost always stock what I need. On the occasions I've needed help, the clerks have always been willing to assist me.  :)

Refused to fill my prescription for medication after my surgery, because my drivers license was expired, and refused to accept a US passport as valid ID. Go across the street to rite aid.
