For this being a corporate store, you need to be Leary of what they tell you. I went in for the " buy one, get one" iPhone 8and was told that my bill would be 200.00 the first month and I expected that but of course when I got home, it was 348.00!! Plus i paid 450.00 in store so tell me how any of this is free. As I go to just return the phones because of course they tell you that can fully return everything within 15 days, yeah, no, you can't! Just the phone can be returned. They are deceiving and do absolutely nothing to help you. The manager John Cahaney laughed as we stood there explaining how we had been customers for 20 years and how the least they could do was waive the restocking fee and he stood behind the counter laughing like it was nothing to him. This is worst service in the history of Verizon and any customer service and I cannot believe he has the word Manager in his title! We called customer service and they are appalled at what had happened and took care of this. We will never shop at the Howe rd location again. Be careful. Go somewhere else.

This is my preferred Verizon store but finding a good knowledgeable agent to help you is hit or miss. Wait times are extremely long. Definitely set aside time to go here and plan on being very patient. Also be sure to do your own research as the Verizon sales representative may not be very knowledgeable.

In July I went in to buy a new phone and start a new phone plan. I was told by the salesman they had a special promo going on that I could get a "free " google home after a mail in rebate. I told the man I was not interested because I have no use for it and continued to bill it to me anyways stating "oh it will be here by your next pay cycle no worries" It has now been not one month but four months later! Still no rebate and have gotten nowhere with Verizon. Avoid this establishment if you want to deal with honest sales individuals and not get ripped off.

Tori and Andrew were very helpful in opening my eyes to what kind of sexist pieces of 💩 work at this location. They were completely useless and wasted my time. Refused to give me someone else to talk to and corporates number until I caused a scene. On top of their rude behavior, Andrew decided it was okay to go through all of my texts and open all of my apps. This location is a scam, and this is not even close to the first issue I've had here. They've refused my insurance AND warranty on phones in the past, but as soon as I went to another location it wasn't a problem. I've been a customer with Verizon for almost a decade, and today they lost me to AT&T because of this store.

It's like flipping a coin at this store. Some people are phenomenal and very helpful, and others act like you are bothering them or something. They don't tend to have much sympathy for the customer, so unless you're buying a new device, you're better off just calling customer support.
