Was buying 3 pairs of shoes a year from them over 3 years .Last time I was there the owner was rude so he won't get my business again.

Shoes with service and more. I have always had difficulty finding shoes that fit right and the shoe horn consistently provides me first class service while finding exactly the shoes I want in exactly the size I need. They have a wide selection of shoes in all varieties, whether they are athletic shoes, dress shoes or work shoes. They carry a variety of widths and hard to find sizes and they will do an ace job sizing and fitting you. Prices are about what you would expect for quality shoes, and they often run sales and offer coupons. I used to always get my shoes at Lucky Shoes, but the folks at the shoe horn have won me over!

I have been trying to get diabetic shoes from this company. It's the provider with my insurance company ANTHEM. I have been getting the run around and in addition, they say they will call me, but the call never comes. I got the feeling they could care less about customer service. If, in the event my complaint is resolved in a professional manner, I will certainly come back and update this rating accordingly.
