Even though the store had closed 15 minutes prior, the employee inside saw me standing at the locked door with my package to drop off and happily accepted it. I truly appreciated him taking a few extra minutes to accept my package after hours!

Extremely unprofessional and rude employees. I returned a AT&T box since I was informed that UPS was partners and would help instruct me on just to get my account # and they take care of it. The woman was extremely rude throughout the process and made it much more difficult then it had to be. She also had me pay for a box which was covered by the AT&T slip. I go out of my way to a UPS farther away now.

The slowest service. They don't even acknowledge you. Literally there were seven people in line, and the cashiers moved as slowly as humanly possible. We waited in line for twenty minutes to buy pacing tape and drop off packages. Don't bother. You could just wait until Monday and go literally anywhere else.

Terrible service, slow and rude employees. Worst I have seen in years and years. It is unfortunate, there are no close by alternatives.
