This place is under new management and amid renovations. We came in after 6pm on Saturday thinking they're open until 8...turned out they close at 7pm now. However, Rey was so welcoming! He gave us very honest opinions and was extremely personable and patient. He stayed almost 2 hours after closing time to get our  family set up on a new plan and ensure all of our info transferred onto our new phones. He even threw in accessories at great discounts for the inconvenience of the remodel, because they didn't have the phones on display. Seriously one of the best sales people I've ever encountered...He had two ipads dropped off from another store while we waited so we didn't have to wait for the to ship....he even offered to lend my mom his cellphone case for the night until they we're able to transfer one in on Sunday from another store because they were out of stock and she's clumsy. I can't say enough good things. Thanks, Rey!!

I came into this store ready to buy a new phone.  The employees literally ignored me. There were no other customers in the store and they had at least 5 employees standing around talking. One person came up to me and put my name on some list and no one ever helped me after that.  After 10 minutes of waiting for assistance... we finally walked out. I will never buy anything from this store. They were rude and uninterested.
