If I go into the store the folks working always acknowledge me. I may have to wait because all busy but I still feel warmth and friendliness by the staff.  
I'm very sure when I walk in I'm going to walk out with a smile and my question/concern answered.  They are knowledgeable and bring it to a level I understand. 
Especially Dan I trust 110% to fix what's broken in my brain so I understand what I'm doing.
I'm very grateful for our store here in town.
