Vermont Pie & Pasta Company is a casual upscale restaurant located in the heart of Derby. The vision for Vermont Pie & Pasta Company is simple: offer fresh Vermont ingredients served by caring people in a warm, comfortable environment where customers enjoy the great company as much as the great food.
Here, we honor the farm-to-table tradition by using locally sourced ingredients to bring fresh flavors to each dish. Customer favorites include our Gorilla burger and many sizzling steak and seafood options. Our signature Neapolitan pizzas start with hand-tossed dough, which is wood-fired in our classic brick oven. We also feature a variety of house-made pastas and beers, craft cocktails, and wines to pair beautifully with each dish.
