In general I feel like VSP does a good job, and when I’ve called my experience with the dispatcher ot whomever I was speaking with has been primarily positive. But yesterday I was left feeling very unsatisfied and perplexed after my interactions with them. I called about a dog attack, and they refused to send a dispatch to Berkshire with the Animal Control Officer being out of town for a motorcycle rally. I tried calling Franklin County Sheriff, but they also couldn’t send anyone because Berkshire is under VSP contract according to them. I was told they left messages, and I still have yet to hear back from anyone.
I called 911 as I'm passing Milton exit for an SUV crossing one solid white line to the other solid white almost hitting guardrails from South Burlington all the way up through Swanton exit. Not one cop came out to see what was up!!! Lost a lot of faith in VSP tonight
