Tasty. But way too cliche. The food is good. Service is lousy. The place can be quite cramped when it’s busy.

Don't expect much when it says $7.99 on the window. The bread tastes as flat as the tea and the fried ravioli obviously came from the freezer. The lasagna noodles were very thin and fell apart when we cut in to it. Ordered the tortellini al a panna which had potential but was truly tasteless. Don't get excited by the screaming of Albanian and foul language mixed together.

Very nice staff and good lunch specials. Great for quiet space to get away from work or to have lunch meeting with someone.

Never will go here again, bad service and bad food. Seems to be run by a bunch of high school kids. The set up of the whole place is very awkward, walked in to get my to-go food and felt like I was just standing next to everyone who was sitting down to eat and just awkwardly stood waiting while feeling like I was in everyone's way, there did not seemed to be a designated area for pick ups. Not to mention very disappointed in the food, I asked for extra Alfredo on the side and when I got there they were wanting to charge me over $4 for extra Alfredo, which they neglected to tell me when I ordered, but they didn’t even put it on the side they put it on the food. When I was told how much the order was I told they I didn’t want the extra side of Alfredo and that’s when they guy rudely told me they will have to remake the whole order because it was on the entree. When I saw my food there didn’t seem to be $4 worth of extra Alfredo on there. I wouldn’t ever go here again. Covino’s in Plano is by far the best.
