Last night we got Verona to-go, it was fabulous! It had been awhile since we had been here and it was mouth watering. Great portion sizes. I had the Chicken Aristocrat, grilled chicken with fried eggplant on top with fresh tomato in a red sauce. My mom had something with Italian sausage in it, one of the best tasting I have had. We split the lemon cake and of course got the awesome bread. I am all ready making plans to go eat with a friend for lunch next week. It is one of the best little gems in Alexandria!

Verona is personally my favorite local place for Italian cuisine. I love the atmosphere. Mr. Tony always comes to check on us and to socialize a little which is also wonderful. My favorite dish is probably the lobster ravioli. Simply wonderful!

Wide selection of seafood and traditional Italian dishes. Service was excellent and the owners are right there overseeing everything. A true gem in Alexandria!

The food was great. Everything was freshly prepared and cooked to perfection. Definitely not a chain restaurant that sacrifices quality for quantity and profits.

One of the most romantic, delicious experiences in Alexandria! The owners are the most kindest, genuine people that we’ve ever met! Affordable and large portions as well!
