First, let me say that Heather is amazing and I have never loved my hair as much as I do now that she's my stylist. I was recommended to Aura by my previous hairstylist when I moved to this area last year. When I made my first appointment, I decided to do it in person because, well.... choosing a new hair person when you're going from hair past your shoulders to a pixie cut is absolutely terrifying, and I wanted to be sure whoever I scheduled with was aware of what they were getting themselves into. The receptionist (I'm sorry I don't remember her name) listened to what I wanted and knew right away who would be the best fit for me. As soon as I sat down in Heather's chair and started talking through what I wanted, she understood immediately what I was going for. She was knowledgeable, inviting, professional, and cool as hell, and she did an incredible job cutting and styling my hair! I've gotten a chance to chat with a colorist there as well and it's obvious all of Aura's staff is well-trained in their craft as well as excellent customer service. Thank you guys so much, keep doing what you're doing!

A HUGE THANK YOU to the FABULOUS Amber and Deni for coordinating our AMAZING KEN CARYL LADIES NIGHT OUT at Aura Salon! The "CHAMPAGNE & SHIMMER" WAS A HUGE SUCCESS AND WE LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF AMBERS MAKEUP TIPS AND TRICKS. AURA AND YOUR ENTIRE TEAM IS SIMPLY THE BEST:-)

The hand airbrushed spray tans are quick, easy, not awkward and look way better than a normal booth spray tan, night and day better. No complaints with the massages, facials, pedis, or packages we've tried. Plus Jenny took my hair from nearly black to a legitimate blonde without killing it so I am forever in her debt for that. Love this place.

I recently had a haircut and highlight done at Aura by Noel. She did a great job, exactly what I asked for, and also provided some good suggestions for a styling question I had. Great experience overall, I will definitely be back.

I relocated to CO a little over a year ago from the South and immediately began looking for a new hair salon. I am very picky when it comes to my hair. I have VERY thick, coarse hair which can be very intimidating to many stylists and honestly takes a good stylist to manage it. It takes a good 3+ hours to do my hair if I get a cut and color (balayage) in the same appointment. This has been the story of my life forever and makes finding a new salon very tricky. I've been to salons in the past who try to rush the process, mess the cut of my hair up, make me feel like they never want to do my hair again, etc. From day 1 at Aura, I knew this was my new salon. Heather gave me an excellent cut and really took her time to get to know me, my hair, and provide a full consultation about products, styling, etc. Additionally, she hooked me up with Wendy to do the color on my next appointment. She was very upfront about the fact that she is great at cutting and Wendy is great at coloring and she was not wrong, they are the perfect duo for my hair. Yes, I did pay more than I previously had but it is worth every single penny. In the past year, I've seen Heather 4x for a cut now and Wendy 2x for color. I'm not one to go to the salon every 6-8 weeks for cuts and colors because I don't need it, however I've had cuts and colors in the past where in 6-8 weeks it was a mess. Not here, hands down the best! The color and cut grows out exceptionally well. I've gotten so many compliments on my hair over the past year. It hard to give an overall review for Aura in general because I've only ever seen Heather & Wendy, however the booking process has always been smooth, everyone is always friendly when I've been in, and they have hired top notch stylists who are up to date on their education, so they have to be doing something right. Give Aura a try!
