I love Versona, the brand, when I lived in San Antonio it was one of my favorite places to shop at. When they opened the store in San Angelo I was excited, but I've had it with your employees. Every visit has been a bad experience. They are snobby, look down at you, and one occasion from the moment I walked the same girl who greeted me followed me out and tried to question me about my sunglasses as if i had stolen them. I myself work in customer service and trust me when I greet my customers I do it genuinely and remember every detail. On other occasions no-one greeted and no-one offers assistance. They are to busy standing there having personal and inappropriate conversations. I could get past all that if they weren't so snobby. Remember you're in retail and getting $10.00 an hour of you want commission learn how to sell with customer service skills. I will never shop at this Versona again.
