My favorite of the Verve coffee shops is right here on 3rd. Parking can be a bit difficult but I usually come in when I get my car detailed across the street. The aesthetics are very pleasing and most of the customers are quietly working away. This is a good space to get things done or to socialize. Just watch you head on those lamps. Gets me every time.

So it's very trendy and pretty crowded.  Though a fair share of their real estate ends up with people with laptops who never seem to leave there's enough rotation that it's not impossible to find a seat. Hard but not impossible.  Coffee is great and pastries are good.  They offer a lunch menu.  Limited parking so mostly street parking.

One of the best cafes in Los Angeles. Easily five stars. Try the ice vanilla latte and toast of any kind with the ginger and apple juice.

Industrial-chic? Yea. Hifalutin? You betcha. But the coffee is equal parts smooth and bold, and it's presented artfully. $4 for coffee can still seem like a ludicrous exercise in hyper-capitalist values-signaling, but the brews don't lie and the decor is spare and spacious. I'm obviously trying to make peace with my own adoration of this place.

I LOVE Verve!  This location in particular is also one of my favorites out of all of them!  

This Verve is located in a very centralized area, right in the middle of Los Angeles, and is a great spot to come and relax and study for the day!  The even have a small parking lot, although it’s usually full, but I’m usually able to find street parking relatively nearby. 

The service at Verve is always magnificent, the staff is so friendly and helpful, and will help explain the different teas, coffees, and pastries, and offer their recommendations.  I’ve loved everything that I’ve had here so far!  The blueberry tea loaf was delicious, as was the mocha and the green tea!  I recommend getting some honey with your tea, they put it in a cute little pitcher, so you can pour in what you want, as needed!  Great service, wonderful drinks!  The mochas here are also absolutely incredible, and by far one of my favorites out of any, anywhere.  So rich and creamy and yummy, especially with the whip cream on the top!  

The place is usually very full, and people like to come to work and study while sipping tea or coffee, but I’m still usually able to find a spot with ease.  My favorite sitting spot is on the side that has the seating against the walls with cushions, very comfy and cozy.  There’s ample counter seating as well, though. 

This place is wonderful!  Perfect for coming and getting some work done.  Great atmosphere, service, drinks, and snacks!  Can’t go wrong!  I love it!
