They got my puppy in relatively quickly as it was practically the middle of the night. Once he was in, they took GREAT care of him! I got update phone calls at least once a day....if not more often. They were very accommodating when I came to visit. I noticed that they were very kind and compassionate with those few around me who had lost their pets. When I came to pick my puppy up, everyone was very sweet making sure they all wished him luck and helped me get his healing little body safely in the car. I would recommend this group to anyone!

An excellent facility for those who need to go this route. My dog managed to have his spleen fold over on itself. We were sent here by our normal vet for a 2nd opinion X-Ray. We showed up at 7pm on a Sunday, and were gone by 830. Excellent crew and facility.

I have brought both of my Chihuahuas here for emergency and specialty services. The doctors and staff are always wonderful and helpful. And the true testimony is that my dogs love them too.

Plan to not go there again. Scheduled heart and liver ultrasounds. Drove there from another state, arrived and was then told liver check would not happen today, in addition was then told pet needed to fast. Was told could come back tomorrow. Hope to never go there again.

My cat, who is almost 3 years old, was rushed here after learning that he had a neurological problem. He turned out to have a huge cyst in his brain. We had to choose whether to put him to sleep or go through with surgery, which he has a 25% chance of living through. The doctors here were so caring and helped him. He ended up alive and I cannot be more thankful that we chose to bring him here. He is now home and safe and happy with us again!
