One of the best brewery environments in Winchester! Very large space with indoor and outdoor seating, perfect for small or large groups. Excellent selection of beers and bites from the kitchen that compliment the drinks. Staff is very attentive and helpful. A must try while in Winchester!

Been there 2x now and love everything about this place. Service has been a bit slow due to understaffed.... but that's everywhere these days. I've tried atleast 6 beers now, my favorite IPA is The Small Things. The porter and lager are also delicious. Very spacious indoors with a great atmosphere! The outdoors is also cozy, especially near the gas fireplace. We love the canopy tents that seats 7, those table have lazy Susan's on them.... making food and beer sharing/sampling between friends extra easy. Outdoors is dog friendly!!! The wings, antipasto app, sliders and The meat Lovers add jalapeños pizza is all tasty! Bonus, 5 blocks walking distance from our house....

My first time to the Winchester location and first time since the rename and new head brewer. I'll start off by saying that I'm very fussy. Most breweries do not get a good review from me because most are not very good. I will say that these guys are doing a nice job with their styles and staying true to those styles. The environment is clean and inviting. Even took a picture of the bathroom for your review. The servers are attentive and friendly. The cost is a little high, but that's probably because they don't skimp on the malt bill unlike most breweries these days. I will definitely be back!

First time trying out this new location today. Fantastic experience. Such a great selection of beers and right up my alley with the selection of traditional German-style beers, but they've got a little something for everyone and I appreciated the wine and cider options, as well. The food I had was amazing, the folks working here were super attentive and friendly, and the adaptive reuse of this space is so well done. It's like a little oasis. Winchester needed a place like this!

Nice new brewpub in Winchester. What makes this place different from most of the other microbrew locations is they have a full restaurant with excellent food, not a “food truck” or limited snack food as many in Winchester currently have. The outside seating is very nice, with covered tables and a fire pit to also sit around. Inside seating was packed, but the weather was perfect for outside. The large tables have built in “lazy susan” turntables, so if you order shareable food, can spin around so everyone can reach it easily…nice touch! You can look at the food and beer menu with your phone online, however there was also staff who came by and helped order as well as delivered the food. Ordered a taster selection of IPA style beers, nice variety of tastes and styles. Same with the food, ordered a variety and was well pleased with the selection as well as the quality. The pizza was outstanding…cooked perfect and very flavorful. Only a couple downsides 1st, the beer samplers are glass…and come on slick plastic plate….any ideas about how this slips and slides around? Waiter almost lost both our samplers…really not well thought out. 2nd, the interior is incredibly loud due to the modern “sparse” style of furnishings; lots of hard wood, solid floors, ceilings, tables, with little if anything soft to break up the bouncing sound waves. If you are in your 20’s to 30’s it will probably be fine. However anyone in their 40’s on up will hate the overwhelming cacophony of noise. Too bad, because when we walked through the inside, it looked nice, however we could not stand the racket. If they added some good sound treatment panels around, it could not only enhance the look, but would definitely help with the issue. Would I go there again - Yes…just as long as we can sit outside, which unfortunately then limits the visits to fall/spring when it is good weather outside….what a shame. And have to keep in mind the samplers might wind up in your lap. Would I recommend - yes…with the above warnings about the noise and slippery drinks! Update - just had a great response from the owners to my review. They know about the sound issue and are working to get it acoustically set so the problem should be fixed down the road. Good to know they read and take feedback to heart…excellent!! Looking forward to going back!

A great addition to Winchester’s downtown. A wide selection of tasty brews and the food is top-notch. We had the muffuletta and the smash burger with fries. Both were excellent, but after seeing pizzas leave the kitchen, I can’t wait to return and try one. The courtyard outside also looked really cozy and toasty around the fire ring!

Very impressed with this place! The atmosphere is awesome - it looks like it belongs in Charlottesville, Richmond, or another town known for their breweries rather than Winchester. The beers we tried were not incredible, but pretty good. We were unable to try the food, but that looked really good too. All in all a very cool place to hang out and have a drink.

Love the overall vibe, super nice outdoor and indoor spaces. Lots of room for a big groups but also smaller options for couples. Lots of parking, service was excellent. Food was quite good, beer options were not as good as I like to see but not enough to take a star off. Dog friendly, at least outside.

Love the porter " Pulling A Thread"! All around great surroundings indoors and out! Great variety of food choices.. everything we ordered was delicious! And LADIES, ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AND SPOTLESS RESTROOMS. And 8 stalls! Highly recommend!

Nice place. Decent food menu. The others liked the beer not a beer drinker myself, so I had cider. Very nice facility, with indoor and outdoor seating.
