First experience in a while with Papa John. I ordered a simple pizza with the ‘The Works.’ They put so much stuff on the pizza everything slides off the crust. As well as being so much it also didn’t cook all the way, and everything is just raw. This is why I usually stick to the local places. At least some of them take pride in their food. The one good thing; the delivery guy was cool and I wish I had tipped him more. Really gross considering I paid for it.

As always good pizza. Very busy & order took about 15 minutes longer than usual. Staff was apologetic & handled everyone fine. Good price too.

I saw racism at its worst here last night.  And no one said a thing.  3 man-child customers called a worker the N word last night over pizza.  Is this what Papa John’s is about?  Is this what Winchester, Va is about? Shaq, Papa Johns headquarters?  You’re needed!

Last night 12/6/17...  I received the worst pizza ever! It was in a word...disgusting! There was hardly any sauce on it the cheese was missing in spots and the crust was thin on one side and thick on the other! Alls I can think is they had a new teenager cooking last night because usually it's good!

$12 for some tasteless wings with nothing but fat and chewy skin and its suppose to be parm garlic wings and it tastes nothing like that, I will never order the wings again ... 4 Stars for the pizza, the pizza is always good but the wings are shameful!!!!!

I wish I knew who my deliveryman was yesterday. He went far and above what anyone could have expected. We had a police stand off on my street yesterday that I had no idea was going on. The road was closed and he walked my pizza past the stand off and down the street to my house. Thank you so much! Oh, and the pizza was good too and still hot.

This fruitcake charged my card for 2 pizzas, I even showed him on my bank app that it came out, and because he didn't know how to fix the computer, he refused to give me my food I paid for.Service: 1/5

We are in Winchester Va and ordered a pizza from Papa Johns Restaurant #0607 and the gentleman on the phone that took my order was sweet and asked all the right questions. The delivery man that came to the room, and was very polite. We didnt even ask for plates and napkins and he was so thoughtful and brought it to us. I wished I could give you all a 10000 stars, cause I would. Thank you again. God Bless
