How do I start…I remembered Cicis pizza being a fun place when I was younger…. But this location has not keep up with the times…. From the drab and dismal atmosphere to the repulsive pizza I think avoiding this location is for the best…. I took my kid to play the games and the claw machines never closed… However on a positive note the lettuce on the salad bar looked fresh
My cousin and I drove in from three hours away to eat here. Cici's was one of our favorite pizza places at home that unfortunately closed. The pizza here was delicious, it's always super fresh since they're making it frequently. Eating here is really affordable too, you can get a lot for a low price. This was definitely worth the trip here.
Would give 0 star if I could. Been going to this place since I was a little kid and I’ve worked here before. Most DISAPPOINTING experience ever. Paid $38 for a couple slices of cheese pizza and two cups of pasta. They took forever to at least put one pizza on the line and 9 times out of ten it was cheese pizza? NEVER have I seen this location the way it was tonight. The employee cutting pizzas was NOT wearing a hair net/hair tie and had hair past his shoulders! I asked for a Mac and cheese personal…waited 15 minutes; came up to the counter asked how long it was going to take. Guy acted like he was going to check on it and then admitted to me he forgot the pizza I asked him for! I said forget it. I’ve been already sitting in this place for 30 minutes waiting on a pizza that isn’t cheese or cheesy bread, having to eat some of it because I’m of course hungry. Never coming back or giving my money to this place again. And I’ve given this place MANY chances, especially after seeing the things I saw when I worked there. Management needs to step up!!
Very good. The price was a hit for all you can eat pizza. The staff was nice too. They were hustling them pizzas out to the customers. Their cinnamon buns were out of this world. Definitely try this place out if your on the road
I saw a mouse....and if that was not enough, horrible staff, horrible pizza. No taste at all. man saw me waiting at counter, let me wait a long time. -100. And when he did get up to register he could not even give me back right change, even when it was right on his register.
I just want to give Steven a shout out. Steven is extremely friendly, and he makes sure your experience is the best one. He also takes the time to talk to people. So he makes the experience more enjoyable. He keeps the food stocked with an appropriate amount of food. While I was there today, someone asked for more pasta and with in 5 ish minutes he had pasta cooked and brought out. He is extremely polite. He is going around the whole store making sure it’s as clean as possible. He is always picking up dirty plates to help keep your table from overflowing with plates.
Hi All! We were here on the 29th of September at 11:10a.m. The food was just not good, it was like the day before pizza. It was warm, not hot and tough, not much taste at all. We at one time Loved this place, but now it has changed. So sad.
People were nice. Place was very clean. Food was ok. Pizza seemed like it had been on the line for a bit. Crust was a little tough. Parking: Lots of parking spaces. Easy to get in and out
We took our 7 year old daughter and 2 of her friends to Cicis tonight to celebrate my daughters 7th birthday. She was excited to play the games. The tables were dirty, there were no bread sticks and no cinnamon rolls, our favorites. The games took a few tokens but didnt give them a game, about $3 worth of tokens, I talked to one of the workers only to be told " Im sorry but its not our problem. We have nothing to do with those games." The number , they told me, was on the machines if I wanted to complain to someone. there was no number ANYWHERE that I saw. Not a big deal to most. I use to really like Cicis, but after tonights visit, we wont be going back.
