Vic's made the process of getting the body damage done quick and painless! It went though the other person's insurance. It has now been over a year and the paint looks good as new! Great works guys.... I hope to not see you ever again, but accidents do happen. If/when it does... I'll see you again!

I have 4 credit card numbers with expiration dates and security codes memorized.  I can't remember a few of my extended family members names after knowing them all of my life!  That being said, here is me review of Vic's Auto Body... 

I recently had my pride and joy customized 08 Avalanche LTZ vandalized and robbed in Omaha on a business trip.  Over $1500 of damage to my baby.  Though my insurance company referred me to three other auto body shops, my brother referred me to Vic's Auto Body.. Thank you Scott!!! 

From the moment I walked in the door, Deanna made me feel like I had known her for years!  I'm not sure what her actual job title is, though at first I thought she was a receptionist, she seemed to know every aspect of how this insurance claim was going to work.  Deanna then introduced me to Bill, the owner.  Wow, what a difference from the owners I had met at the other three insurance referrals.  Bill is just a salt of the earth kind of guy that made me feel right at home, probably because he even remembered working on my brothers truck from a couple of years back!  After explaining that I had invested a lot of time and money into my baby, Bill ensured me that he and his staff could make her look new again!  After Bill's pitch, I couldn't go anywhere else, and my insurance guy (Bruce Lanick at Insurance Associates of Iowa City) approved it!  

This being a VERY personal restore to me, as that I had done all of the customization myself.  I found myself having to retrieve some business cards from my Avy mid restore.  Though I had never met Cami, when I stopped in to grab those cards, Cami knew exactly what vehicle I was looking for that day.  If you have never walked into a surgery mid stream, you can't really grasp my shock!  I never thought from what appeared as total destruction, was going to turn into the perfection that was presented to me today!  Scott (not my brother) the technician working on my baby was totally in control, and after my initial shock, ensured me again that everything was going as planned.

I wish I could post before and after pictures to this review, thus the reason that I have been so in-depth on this review, to give you a mental picture of my happiness.  I can't understate my approval of the work done by Vic's Auto Body of Iowa City!

Went here to fix damage to the front fender of my car. When I came to pick it up the car looked like new and they even took care of some other, unrelated, scratches. Their price was the lowest of the several companies I checked. Would recommend.
