I was looking for a female canary. She said she absolutely had one, and I asked if it was DNA sexed...no, but she said the breeder assured her that it was. I bought her, and it was a male. My male canary, in a separate cage wanted to kill it. $100
When I went back, she promised to contact the breeder. She never did, and I had to re-home the new male. No refund, no contact with the breeder, etc. When I'm in the area, I stop in and ask about it and she always tells me she will contact breeder. Also, she breeds lots of babies.

Victoria's Birds are the BEST!  Victoria is very knowledgeable about her birds.  The place is immaculate!  It is a clean and sanitary environment. The store is well lit and not cluttered. Compared to another pet store I visited this is my favorite.  I purchased a bird from another pet store. A few weeks later the baby bird passed away.  This was a DEVASTATING experience since it was my 5 year old sons first pet. When I checked online the pet store had horrible reviews .  I spoke to a coworker that told me about Victoria's and she HIGHLY recommended it.  After I spoke to Victoria I was ready to give it another try.  She suggested a Love Bird for my son. So far it has been several weeks of pure happiness.  I am so VERY happy I made the decision to give another try after all we went through.  Thank you, thank you, thank you Victoria for all your help and empathy towards my situation.

i was there yesterday just to check on prices and she ask me $29 dls for each parakeet  ha,ha,ha,ha what a joke. petsmart has them for $22.00 dls and bills birds for  $10.00

Excellent bird shop. Have not been there in a while. I am very saddened about the death of the owner. He was such a gentleman and a bird lover.

I have not visited Chippy the Pirate yet, but they were HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to me by a woman I met at a Bird Clinic. I mentioned that I needed a bird groomer and she told me about Chippy. Said it was named after the owner's first bird. :) She told me they are excellent at bird grooming. Once I visit them personally, I will update.
