Had the WORST service here yesterday.  I wanted to make my purchase and leave but it took over 30 min just to be helped.  Even though there was only one person ahead of me.  There were 2 registers at the counter with only one being used and one EE ringing one customer when I first got there. After standing there for 10 min another EE arrived (appeared to be a manager) but instead of opening the other register to ring me up, she opened the other register to assist the same customer that had been being helped at the register for over 10 mins. Now there were 2 registers and 2 EE helping one customer while 3-4 customers stood there and watched. I finally decided to see if there was another station opened at the other end of the store.  At the other register I found two other EEs there just standing behind the register staring at the computer screen. No customers around.  I stood there staring at them for about 2 mins, waiting to be acknowledged, I finally just asked, " can you guys ring me up?".  One EE looked up from the screen and said, "we're actually busy at the moment." then went right back to the computer screen. They never offered to find someone who could ring us up, never apologized for the wait and the inconvenience they are now causing me. I instead went back to the line I was in and waited some more.  The 2 EE's there were still using both registers to complete one persons transaction.  When one EE was finally done, instead of asking to help who's next the two EEs (manager was one of them) continued to help that ONE PERSON complete their transaction. They never acknowledged that they were sympathetic over making us wait or even that they were going to help us ASAP.  Instead I had to blatantly ask if they could get someone to ring us up.  Without even a ounce of remorse she said yes, but then just continued to oversee the transaction of that one person. Meanwhile that one customer they were helping decides to turn around confront me for being rude for requesting to be helped! Finally another EE came to the register and rang me up. They still showed no sympathy for making us wait over 20 mins. There were at least 4 employees on the floor with 3-4 customers waiting in line to be rung up and they could only use one register and 2 EEs to help one customer?  That's just crappy customer service especially since not one of them apologized for making me wait. I wish I was a secret shopper so that I could make sure corporate is aware that this was how their business is being ran.  Well at least I can warn you all...lol
