If I could give this store a -1,000 I would. I went to to return some pants I bought for 40 dollars since I could not wear them to work cause they did not fit my works criteria so I simply wanted my money back. The woman who "assisted" me was very hesitant for wanting to give me my money back since I did not have any of the tags still attached and I paid cash. She was the rudest associate I've ever met! She then began to yell at me when I simply asked why they wanted all my personal information for simply returning something for cash. I understand why they take the information yet she just did not want to give me my money back then went on to lecture me that next time I should never take the tags off if I am planning on returning! Rudest associate customer.
