This mall has potential, but never seems to get any traction. I've lived in Santa Cruz County for 25 years, and I usually end up driving over the hill to Valley Fair in San Jose when mall-shopping. Case in point, during the holiday season, they have limited hours, I found they don't extend their hours like the malls in San Jose do. Also, their gestapo red light camera will fleece you of $450 for just going there, unless you go in the back way. (That is, the red light camera is placed there to specifically get you turning RIGHT into the mall - its Capitola's cash cow). Better spend your money elsewhere.
