I have 2 crowns & root canals that they said I need to have done. When I called in to schedule the appointment they said they have no record of that and I will need new x-rays/exam to be sure. When I mentioned how much pain I was in and that I've already had the exam I was placed on hold in the middle of talking, the phone was picked up by another girl that was laughing saying the other girl "had to go really quick" but will be back. After being on hold for another 10 minutes I was told I would receive a call back but never did. I've called the office at least 8 times - still no crowns/root canals/call back. The other, probably bigger, issue is when you go in for just a standard annual cleaning the male dental hygienist spends the entire time sexually harassing the women to the point it makes me want to get up and leave from the other side of the room. The female hygienist is wonderful though and probably the best thing about this office. Terrible office hours that make no sense at all (randomly closed, only open certain Friday's of the month but even that changes, "emergency" call back service is worthless when the dentist doesn't call you back ever even during extreme pain situations) I will absolutely never go back to this dentist

The best Dr. M and the staff very sweet professional. A++++++ although someone in another review Daniel Candia stated that it was a Male Hygienist. and there is no Male hygienist at Dr.McDonald so I think somebody is lying about it or confused.🤷🏻‍♀️

The office staff was confused on the scheduling of our appointments, to the point where we needed to call and see if the crown we were waiting on had arrived for our appointment. Then when we did call they didn't know anything about the crown they showed we were coming in for a cleaning which was never the case. The staff also changed the amount of what they originally quoted us because they forgot about charges for x rays and exam so our price went up on the second visit. Yes the girl had notes in writing on our paper but she listed three different prices so our price went up compared to what we thought it would be. Dr. Cedrick does quality work but unfortunately his staff does not offer the same quality work he provides. Hopefully he will get better staff so more people can take advantage of his care.

In response to Eric Weiss, we would like to thank you for choosing VDC as your dental home until recently. I know that we treat our patients, former and current with the utmost respect. We have transformed your oral health and smile that you could be proud of in the recent time that you allowed us to treat you and your family. We offer before, after work and Saturday hours as we make ourselves available for all patients from all walks of life, as we know how hard it is to make dental appointments. I apologize to you that you left unsatisfied as we strive to accommodate our patients as we all strive for perfection. If there's anything that we can do for you in the future, don't hesitate to contact us, as we will be available before work, after work and on the weekends for your oral health needs.

we brought our daughter here and katherine was absolutely amazing shes was so good with our daughter. She didnt want to leave because Katherine was having so much fun and making her experience so easy. I hope the rest of the staff is like her because if she goes somewhere else our family is following her due to kindness and professionalism
