Aspen Dental gets a Five Star rating from me.  I had a short waiting time on the 20th of Oct.  The lady who signed me in was pleasant, as was the one who did the XRays.  Dr. "B" was personable;  took her time with me and gave me good, helpful advice, explaining my situation.  My check out with Michelle was explained clearly, so I know where I stand.  Professional Personable staff, and I like their caring Business procedure.  I highly recommend Aspen Dental!!!!

At first, I was really impressed with the attentiveness of the staff and doctors. I wanted to use this office because my husband used them for his wisdom teeth extractions. We gave them a 5 star rating for that visit. I got my teeth bleached here (along with wisdom teeth extractions) and they didn't tell me the UV light thing was broken beforehand and I had already taken off of work so, I had to hold the light up the WHOLE 90 minutes. They didn't offer a discount or anything. They never gave me my bleaching trays either even after I've called about them but, they still expect me to pay for it. They overbook people ALL the time so, everything takes forever. I'm not impressed anymore. Especially after they quoted me one price, which I paid, but, now I owe double. I went over my bill and they've charged me for services I haven't received. Use this place at your own risk.

The purpose of the visit was to get x-rays in preparation for some work I need for fillings.  I got in, got the x-rays done, and had a good chat with the doctor to come to an agreement on a plan, all in short order.  They were very attentive, listened to what I had to say and also straightened me out on a misunderstanding about one of the treatments (a teeth whitening appointment).  Everyone start to finish was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to share information with me.  Can't think of anything else I'd expect from my dentist.
