Excellent service. Very professional. We had a nightmare move, where nothing went right. Every single thing that could go wrong did, EXCEPT for our interaction with Victory Van. Every person we dealt with was professional. When they arrived--on time--each person on the team introduced himself with a handshake (wasn't expecting that, but definitely appreciated it). They worked hard and finished early. It was the one thing in our move that was smooth and head-ache free. It's probably worth mentioning that the folks we dealt with at Victory Van's offices were great, too. Our whole experience with them was great and we will absolutely use them in the future. I can't recommend them enough.

We were VERY happy with Victory Van. The communication was excellent with company staff. We had different folks assigned to every aspect of the move but it was never confusing because the handoff was seamless. They gave us an initial estimate but made it easy to change as we got closer to the move since I tried to get rid of anything we were not using any more. The ladies who came to pack were GREAT. Nothing was broken, there were no scratches on the houses we left or moved to. After the move was complete and the bill paid, I noticed we'd been charged for a shuttle van which they ended up not needing. I called and it was taken care of immediately. Great customer service from start to finish.

We recently moved at the end of last year and I would recommend Victory Van to anyone. My wife and I are not easy to please and we had several rooms with belongings we were overly sensitive about. From the initial sales consultation to the final placement of furniture, this team and crew handled our move in an excellent manner. We used the packaging service for the kitchen and several other areas and my only issue was all the paper we had to use to get fires going throughout the winter. The movers worked very hard throughout each day and handled our belongings as if their own.

A Victory Van Corp. truck ran me off the road yesterday (Monday 11/4/13 at 8 a.m. on 28 South at the Dulles Road Road east merge). I called Victory Van to report it, and I was asked to leave a message. No one has bothered to return my call. I was in the right-hand lane of 28S when I realized that the orange truck was beside me and getting dangerously close, its right-hand tires well into my lane and still moving into my lane. If I hadn't shifted to the right side of my lane, onto the shoulder, and slowed quickly, he would have hit my car. Luckily, traffic was fairly slow, and once he ended up in front of me, I noted his license plate and van number when traffic stopped at the toll booth. It's not as though he couldn't see me; he had come up from behind and was moving into my lane. This was license plate VA 161 509, Victory Van Corp. van AVL 50086.
