A-1 top rated customer service by Tammie and Niki team on-site! They will do any thing to help you in any way they can. For example, Niki came to rescue by cutting the lock for us when I misplaced the key to my storage lock. They even helped us find an excellent local mover who we hired and very satisfied with the service received.  Most reputable storage companies provide similar clean facilities, however, what sets this facility apart from the REST of the pack is the EMPLOYEES like Tammie and Niki who take a great pride in helping people and in what they DO.  Tammie and Niki are true professionals in their business conduct and also very friendly and approachable.  I can't rave about these wonderful ladies.  You will have to visit the facility and meet Tammie and Niki.  You will agree with me. I now call them my friends. Thank you so much Tammie and Niki.

Excellent customer service.. set me up with a perfectly sized and answered all questions that I had.

 Only needed the storage for two months but I would highly recommend extra space storage to anyone. Easy access, excellent customer service, and a clean facility.  Thanks!!

I mostly worked with Tammie during my one-month rental, and it was almost a surprise with how helpful she was. Tammie set me up with an upgraded unit free-of-charge and just generally went above-and-beyond in my interactions with her. You don’t often see anymore the level of conscientiousness Tammie had, and i very much appreciated it. I will happily return to this location the next time I need to rent a storage unit.

The staff at Extra Space Storage on Dove St. in Alexandria was extremely helpful as I switched from 1 long term unit, to multiple units before a move. They handled my changing needs easily. Thanks for the friendly service, and even moving tips.

I have been a long time customer of Extra Space Storage in several locations.  But the Dove street location they are like none other.  The staff Tammy and Niki are the best.  Always polite and professional and eager to meet your needs in storage.  Words can't describe the experience I have had there
