DO NOT GO HERE! I purchased a package from Groupon for a massage and facial. After a long conversation with the person on the phone from the spa where I was lied to and threatened, she said "I can tell you are aggravated. I'm not going to honor your voucher. You can contact Groupon to get your money back. "

Called to make 2 appointments with the groupons I had purchased. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. Very unhelpful and lacked communication skills when discussing the Groupon. You would think as the business owner she would be both pleasant and respectful but this was absolutely not the case here. Wish I could give negative stars, needless to say I will not be getting my massage nor will I ever recommend this spa to anyone else.

This was a Christmas gift. When I called to make appointment they asked for the groupon # I expressed I wasn't comfortable with that that I will bring the groupon with me. As I don't want it to be redeemed until I actually get the service. She insisted on the number. I asked what if I didn't have a groupon and was calling for an appointment? She said I would require a credit card # to make an appointment. I asked why is credit card required for an appointment. Her reply was because people don't show up for appointments and  we require a 24 hour cancelation notice and there is a $30 fee if you do not show or do not give 24 hour notice. I expressed my disbelief and said I've had many services at many places and never have been required to give a credit card to make an appointment. She said well "THEN YOU ARE WELCOME TO GO ELSEWHERE". This is our policy and we've been in business for 19 years. I cant believe these words came out of this woman's mouth. Well guess what, I will be going elsewhere. This woman has lost her mind if she thinks she's getting a dime from me or my friend. I called my friend and told her about the rude treatment and told her I am not using the groupon and if it were me, I would demand full refund from Groupon I would not accept groupon bucks. This is clearly no way to get business. Why spend money for advertising when word of mouth is free and if you do a stellar job and have stellar customer service I tell all of my friends about it. When I called back to cancel my appointment she told me she never scheduled the appointment she knew I wasn't going to come in anyway. I will never ever step foot in VIDELL.

I would not give this place one star. Everytime i try to make an appt. the receptionist is never around to answer the phone and when i finally did get throught the information about using groupon was misleading. She is rude and lacks the amount of information for customers. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

I share the experience of others who have been poorly treated.  Made an appointment for my partner as a new customer.  Got there and door was locked and lights dim.  Noticed keys in the door from the inside.  We knocked.  Rudeness herself came to the door and was annoyed that we knocked because she said "I am with a client" in a sarcastic tone.  We arrived 10 minutes before the appointment time and she wouldn't let us come in and sit inside.  She told us she preferred that we come back at our appointment time.  We did NOT.  The owner is a horrible communicator.  She could have explained to us when we made the appointment y told us when we made the appointment that the door would be locked and because she is alone,  she would like us to come at the exact appointment time (not 10 minutes early!), we would have understood. The fact that there was no note on the door, no communication beforehand- AND the sarcasm with which she spoke to us when we knocked on the door- we will never go back. Nor will we recommend this salon to anyone else.   There are lots of other places in this area that provide these services.  Choose one that treats you respectfully and deserves your money!
