I wasn't sure what to expect at this salon since I'm not from the area, but I honestly was really disappointed by their service. I had to go to another salon to have my hair color corrected since the highlights were done so sloppy, the whole back of my head was dark brown and the front was blonde. I asked for a more natural look and it looked chunky and cheap. In addition to that, I showed up a few minutes late cause it was really gross and rainy out and they were annoyed by me being late and I felt so rushed and unwelcomed. It was awful. Never going back.

I have amazingly thick, arched natural eyebrows. I like when an esthetician knows how to arch, shape, and clean a natural looking/sometimes dramatic line. (no thin or straight eyebrows over here)

Erin is *amazing*. She honestly does incredible work, while she will ask you what you like, and how comfortable you are with wax she can see what your eyebrows *could* look like or *should* look like if you stopped tweazing/stopped going to people who don't know how to shape brows/let them grow out.

I began going to Erin 10 years ago when she was in Newark, DE. I have traveled from Rhode Island, Maryland, and Washington DC to Wilmington, DE to visit Erin at least once a month. Her work is truly one of a kind. I recommend booking 1 month in advance to guarantee brows for the day you want.

The salon atmosphere is calming and relaxing, although it is not the biggest space (two pedicure chairs, 3 or 4 rooms for massages/facials/waxing and a bathroom) it is secluded and you can not hear one thing from the outside busy salon chatter or noise! 

The front desk staff is accommodating and helpful at all times. There are always cookies/pastries, hot tea, water, and coffee available. For Christmas they gave mugs to all their clients

Just about two years ago, during a very emotional time in my life, I made a decision that I needed to take some time for myself.  I decided one way to do that was to pamper myself with a monthly pedicure.  I chose Pagave because it was close to my home, and that it wasn't one of those "jiffy lube" type of nail salons.  That is when I met Lon.  I've been back every month since for a pedi, and about a year ago she "talked me into" getting a shellac manicure.  I haven't looked back since, and my nails are beautiful and long.  Occasionally Heidi will do my nails, if Lon is not available, and she's great too. 

Thanks Pagave, for providing me a sanctuary, and a place to feel pampered!
