Story

The VideoConference Store is a leading provider of new, Like New, pre-owned, and manufacturer refurbished videoconferencing systems, peripherals and maintenance contracts. We offer a larger selection of equipment than virtually any other company in our space. There are 2-3 competitors who sell pre-owned and refurbished equipment as well as new, but we have a broader selection of systems than they offer. We make very high margins selling the pre-owned, refurbished and like new equipment so we would ideally like to sell those items. We do get very competitive pricing on new as well, and the new items would be a great target for e commerce since they don't require as much explanation and differentiation and are more price driven. The value added service that we offer is our industry expertise. Cisco and I have been in the videoconferencing business a combined 30+ years. In addition, we offer maintenance contracts on older, discontinued items from our main suppliers (Polycom and Cisco/Tandberg) which no one else really offers.
