Posting so what's happened to me, won't happen to others. In just one month of living near New Luo's and using their services I was given a white maxi dress back in my laundry that wasn't mine, and they lost $170 romper of mine (never returned to me in my laundry/dry cleaning). The most concerning part about these two times they messed up is that they have no log of what goes in and out of their store. I returned the dress that was mistakenly given to me, but cannot say the same for whoever they gave my clothing to. I left my phone number, returned a week later, called them several times to see if it had been returned but no such luck and no such record of who else they could have possibly given it to. Nothing is done in their store (laundry or dry cleaning) so they claimed to me that they "cannot fully know, or be responsible for what happens to our clothing when it leaves their store." Comforting. Not only did they lose my piece of clothing but tried to tell me after I started to make a big deal out of it, that I never gave it to them to clean in the first place. They're extremely rude, unreliable, have zero concern for their customers (or their clothes) and whoever they send the clothes to for dry cleaning doesn't do a good job. Literally avoid at all (a high) cost. Disclaimer - I have to put at least one star to post this, but I want to give zero.
