I'm so very disappointed. I've visited this office since I was a child, I'm 31 now & am shocked at how devastating my visit was today. I come to this dentist office every six months, as instructed, for cleaning & preventative maintenance on my teeth. I had a "perfect" dental visit six months ago, no cavities, no tarter buildup, no calculus EVERYTHING was "perfect". I trusted that I was seeing dental practitioners that knew what they were doing & helping me to maintain optimal oral health. However, my visit today had me upset to the point of tears when this team informed me that I have three cavities & one is to the point of needing a root canal OR extraction.. We're talking about the possibility that I may have to have a tooth pulled out of my mouth that could ruin my smile, cause my top teeth to shift, and stripping me of one of my best natural assets after a perfect oral report just six months prior??! How is this even possible?? I brush my teeth twice a day & I floss regularly, so how is it that the people I trusted to assist me in maintaining my oral hygiene have failed me so horribly that not only do I have three cavities after six months, but one in such horrible condition that it may have to be pulled? I'm eating without pain, my gums don't bleed when I floss, I use an antiseptic mouthwash after flossing, and I stay away from fruit snacks and chewing gum! Most people don't even do these basic things and apparently have better oral health than I do. I'm at a loss for words. I'm scared to even return to my filling appointment for fear of more damage being done. I'd like to keep my teeth and maintain my oral health. I'm starting to think that their procedures are less to do with needs of the patients & more to do with the money it'll bring in. I'm just not too sure what to make of this experience. I left in tears, so coming back just doesn't seem like a pleasant move.. I saw Dr. Ryan six months ago & I saw him again today. Don't expect anything less than 110% objective & if you have questions you better ask him quick because he'll run outta there quicker than a jack rabbit! NO connection with patients & NO regard for the damage being done destroying someones personal asset, THEIR SMILE! A dentist should have at least some degree of compassion.

Absolutely horrible. Had a filling done in June 2015. Went back 4x to have my tooth fixed due to excruciating pain. They adjusted my bite every time. Now that I'm without insurance they claim they have to appointments on their books other than my filling and a 6 month after exam. They are shady and refuse to give me their manager to speak with or their corporate office number. Now I can't even afford to have their mistake fixed. Dr Guy filled my tooth and damaged my nerve so I paid $80 for my filling and now have to pay $1500 for a root canal and crown.

Policy: Miss two appointments and you are dropped as a patient. Understood. Given an appointment that was less than 24 hours from the moment I walked out of the building. Called to reschedule due to health problems. I now have a missed appointment after going to VFD for over 13 years. One more and I'm dust in the wind. I would've had to cancel the appointment while standing in the building, even then it would've been less than 24 hours. How ignorant.

Ruined my teeth, several redos, root canal, no success. Run from this place!

We recently started going to this dentist because my daughter had a toothache. They saw her that same day! She loved it and had a great experience. So we switched and all three of my kids have had a wonderful experience! they explain everything to you and they are so caring and compassionate! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. this is by far the best office I have ever been too!
