I had made an appointment for my childs first dental check up, weeks in advance. We arrived 10 minutes early and we still waited 1 hour to be seen. The nurse that took us in seemed very uncomfortable around my 3 year old and you could tell that she had no real experience when it came to working with children. The nurse simply sat there, quite, waiting for a 3 year old to open its mouth to a stranger. She was very distant from the child and did nothing to try and gain the kids trust so that she would allow them to do what they needed to do. After I convinced my daughter to let the nurse brush her teeth, the doctor came in. The doctor was a bit playful but she did not spend more than 2 minutes trying to get my child to open her mouth before she gave up and rushed out of the room.none of the staff that we delt with seemed child oriented. Everything felt rushed and very unprofessional for a practice that promotes itself as kid friendly.

Great staff!!!! I hate the dentist but this place i trust. From the time i walk in til the time i leave. They accomadate my family to the fullest extent. If you need a dentist and scared to go THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO

I've been putting off going to the dentist for years.  I can say that today I had a very good experience. The staff treated me well.  Thanks Miss Linsey for your services.  I hope the next appointment goes as well. We'll see.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE... for ANYTHING!!
On 9/29/2015, I made my first visit here, and tried to use a "$99 Initial Exam w/ coupon code" that I received in a mailer, but was told by the front desk person it does not work for me due to my having insurance.  I decided to get a full crown anyway and had a temporary crown installed.  On 10/20/2016, I went back to get the permanent crown installed, but it did not fit.  Not even close!!  So they re-installed the same temporary crown, and the dentist stated they will get a new crown made and call me when it is ready to install.  On 10/29/2016, the temporary crown, installed for the second time last week, broke in half and fell out of my mouth.  On 12/3/2015, I went in again to get the permanent crown installed.  On 12/28/2016, I had not heard from The Dental Care Clinic, so I called and got appointment scheduled for today.  Went in for 3rd total visit, 2nd visit to install the permanent crown.  Crown did not fit again!  I did see both "Dr. K" & "Dr. P", but the asst/tech Rachel did most of work.  Dr K stated she was "baffled" & requested Dr. P to consult.  Couldn't hear the entire discussion, but Dr K eventually stated they are making another impression to send to lab and Rachel/s will "rush the job at the lab to get it back faster".  Will call when comes in.  Finally got the permanent crown install in January 2016.  On 2/20/2016 the new, permanent crown broke into 3+ pieces while eating Cheerios cereal.  On 2/25/2016, I returned to get the broken crown repaired/replaced.  Dr K stated "It is clinically ok to leave as is, but lab will replace crowns for free for 1 yr ".  Decided to leave it "as is" for now, simply so I did not have to deal with this place again!  Charged another office visit fee for the followup to the broken crown.  NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE... for ANYTHING!!

DO NOT EVER GO HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are some of the most , rudest most unprofessional people I have EVER met in my life ! I've been here to get several cavities filled over the past 2 months and those were filled with no problems . I had a bad impression of the staff already Dr. k is very rude they never answer any of your questions , they never speak to you and tell you Hi this is what we are going to do etc.... However today I went in for 5 fillings and she said I had one that was pretty close to the nerve and if I had any problems to come back up there.......after I leave the office the numbing starts waring off and I am in an EXTREME amount of pain ! I call up there crying - they tell me to come right back up there if I can - meanwhile I have two small children with me a 4year old and a 1year old so it's kind of difficult to just stop what I'm doing and come right back up there , so anyway I do and go back up there had to get someone to drive me I was in that much pain ! Go to check in - they said they'll get someone right away and tell them I'm there , I waited for a good solid 15-20 mins IN EXCRUCIATING PAIN balling my eyes out looking like an idiot before they even come to get me ! They get me back to a room and I ask the nurse lady I think her name was Rachel not sure , "what was going on ? What were they planning to do , I'm in a lot of pain" she answers back with a snotty attitude I DONT KNOW. We have to wait for her to come look. Dr. K gets in there to look doesn't explain anything well at all and just tells me she can numb my mouth and pull that tooth out or she can give me a perscription for pain meds and antibiotics - she doesn't even tell me what the best option is for me to do .... She just stands there and waits for me to answer I'm almost wanting to laugh in their face because they were just SOOOO unprofessional and didn't explain a thing to me , so at this point I don't even trust her to get anywhere near my mouth ever again so I just tell her to give me the meds - she sends "Rachel" back with the prescriptions who also was stuttering and didn't seem to know what the hell she was talking about! I took the perscriptions and left I AM STILL LIVID ABOUT THIS and , still in pain , still don't know what to do. Guess I will find another dentist because I can PROMISE YOU I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN ! Also took my son here and they were horrible with him as well , his first time ever going to the dentist and instead of being kind and patient with a 3 year old little boy they acted very annoyed and didn't even end up cleaning his teeth !
