This was a good experience.  The staff were very courteous and really tried to make sure I was as comfortable as possible during the process of getting my fillings done.  The only "surprise" I ran into was that I thought I had an appointment with Dr. Lee and I came to find out that he had been assigned part time to another office and was not there at the time of my visit.  However Dr. Parker did my fillings and she did a great job - no complaints.  I was very happy with her work and not getting to see Dr. Lee turned out not to be a problem.  However I would suggest that the staff make it a little more clear to new patients like myself that unless you request a specific doctor, you may be assigned to someone other than the one who did your exam to do the follow up work.  As I said - this turned out not to be a problem for me but others might get upset under similar circumstances.  Just for information - I will request Dr. Parker from now on for my work - I liked her and she was very pleasant and thoughtful.

I am so very pleased with the service I receive . Dr. Tomshefsky has become 
my friend . I have been going to him for quite some time . He is a very 
good dentist and is very personable. The staff is also very polite and 
helpful. I would recommend the Riccobene practice to anyone and believe

Dr.Lee is a fine dentist,very professional and compassionate and all the techs are too. I am extremely satisfied with my dental care.Thanks to all the staff for their great customer service. Sincerely James Barefoot

I love getting my teeth cleaned and Logan is a fantastic dental assistant. All the staff is very friendly. Scheduling appointments is easy. If you need further treatment it is laid out for you in an understandable fashion. Do your teeth a favor and visit the location at McGee's Crossroads. You will leave feeling like a superstar!!

I love Anna, my hygienist! She is the sweetest and always remembers me when I go into my appointments. She is definitely an asset to the team at Riccobene. The front desk staff are also very friendly. I will never go to another dentist office
