I stopped shopping here a while ago because the employees were never happy or helpful I recently went in and was pleasantly surprised at how great the employees were and the awesome selection in records. I am glad I went in so I dont have to go to Lees Summit location anymore.

i had bought some movie from vintage stock monday night and after realizing that i had something else more important to pay for i called the store wednesday night and spoke with someone about returning the movies some were opened and some were not and she told me that that wasn't how their policy worked but since i had bills to pay she said she would do it for me this one time, i had work the next two days and came in saturday to return them and the women who was their was completely rude and unprofessional and just don't right disrespectful to me for no reason. when buying the movies i was not informed about the return policy and the return policy sign is covered up with containers with other items to be sold. this is a mess up on their fault and it should have been handled better.

I made a phone call to vintage stock today and they told me I can get $15 dollars for a game. So in a hurry i rush to the store come to find out i can only get 2.00 pretty upset. Holly should be written up. I only paid 5.00 for the game its brand new in rapper
