12/30/17 Stopped in after a close encounter with a snowbank the team there were amazing, they thawed my Mazda an made sure that it ran right for me! Thank you guys a very grateful customer.

Pleasant, friendly staff. These guys are great. Had to visit again to get a bulb changed and they were so awesome. Before i even reached counter they greeted me by name. Love em!

Wow, I wish I lived closer to these guys. We had a breakdown while visiting and they were able to diagnose our problem and get us back up and running. They did it quickly, efficiently, and inexpensively.

I've heard mixed reviews about VIP in the past, but I needed an inspection, and maybe some tires. I spoke with Matthew on the phone, and he was able to squeeze me in on the next day, and was so nice. When I arrived, he was there to greet me, and was just just very kind and attentive. I never saw the person who inspected the car, but Matt came out to get specifics on my car, and gushed over my dog in the seat, and asked if he could offer her a cookie. My car passed inspection, we talked about tires, and I met a really nice employee. A really great visit!
