I have used Paulin's tire multiple times for service. Their prices are comparable for the area, but they are fast, friendly, and willing to work with you to get your car back on the road. One thing that I ran into was an issue they were unable to resolve so they contacted and referred me to another shop that was able to fix my issue.

I had to get 4 new tires on because of a flat. Customer service was excellent. I couldn't make a decision on which tires to get and the guys at this place were so helpful and patient with me. Great prices, and they put the new tires on the same day. Owner is very, very nice! I def recommended this place!

The owner mans the desk sometimes. He's a really honest guy. I'll continue to be a long term customer.

Paulin's used to be an outstanding company, but a couple of months ago, they got new management and mostly new employees and things have really gone to pot. The last manager would not charge more for labor than the amount he estimated and would call if a part cost more than expected. If it took him far less time than expected, he would charge a little less than what he estimated because he said he would feel guilty about charging his customers that much. It wasn't necessarily the cheapest place in town to get your car repaired, but you knew the mechanic was honest and wouldn't charge you more than the estimate without calling. However, the new manager just gave me a bill for quite a bit more than he told me on the phone because it took him longer than expected to change a part and the part was more expensive than he had guessed off the top of his head. (He doesn't seem to be very good at estimating the cost of labor or parts to begin with.) So basically, when you walk in, you have no idea what the bill will be when you come back to pick up your vehicle. I guess I'm going to have to find a new mechanic now.
