I was promptly given a tire recommendation by the new manager for my father-in-law's car which I was not pressured to purchase immediately so I was able to go do my research. With the price match guarantee I received via email, I was able to get the best price. I was given an estimate for receipt of the tires later in the day and they were available at the estimated time and installed promptly. Frankly, I use VIP because of the 6 months free interest credit line from Goodyear Credit.
There is no drop off in service from the previous manager.

Rod at VIP was very knowledgeable and professional.  He prepared a quote and held to it.  Excellent choice in tires and replaced all 4 brakes.  Car rides and stops very well. Terrific Job and very helpful.   I would recommend this location!

Good place but they failed my car for inspection due to the mechanic not knowing which buttons do what. Pass it after i started to drive away and noticed. ..this clearly works. Took longer than necessary.

I come here for all my car need from oil changes, tire alignments, to little things like a new tail light.  The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful.
