We have been voted the Lakes Region's Favorite Auto Service Facility for the last 17 years. We are the only independent AAA Approved Repair Facility in Laconia and won the honor of the AAA Approved Repair Facility of the Year in 2009. Our honesty and integrity are the cornerstones of our business. Every customer receives a complete estimate of what is necessary to service or repair their vehicle. Mike and Bill are ASE Certified Mastertechs, and all our technicians are ASE Certified, so we are Blue Seal of Excellence Certified by ASE. Bill has been the manager for the last 17 years, and maintains the exemplary level of customer service and attention to detail that we are known for. Shawn, our shop foreman, has been with us for 16 years and assists Bill in providing that stellar customer service and high quality level of repairs and maintenance. Tom and Jim are also committed to providing the level of service that has built our reputation over the last 25 years and round out our team.
